THE STUDIO

The Studio is a nine-seat chef’s counter located next to The Lounge. The tasting counter is currently home to Sushi Master Chef Eiji Ichimura, who will be hosting a multi-course omakase tasting menu through the end of 2026.  The two-hour experience highlights Chef Ichimura’s precise approach to sushi, with each course prepared in front of guests.  

The menu, which rotates regularly, features a progression of courses primarily focused on seafood like nigiri and handrolls. To accompany the experience, we offer a curated and exquisite selection of sake and wine handpicked for Chef Ichimura’s tasting menu. Our bar team has also assembled an impeccable lineup of Japanese whisky, cocktails, and beers specifically for the occasion.
